Issue and manage ACDC credentials

ⓘ How to create a complete dossier (credential chain order)

A VVP dossier requires several credentials issued in order. Each step must be completed before the next.

  1. Vetter Certification — Issued by the governance authority (GSMA) to your organization.
    Go to Vetter Certifications page. Select ECC targets (e.g. "44" for UK) and jurisdiction targets (e.g. "GBR").
  2. Legal Entity (LE) — Auto-created when your organization was set up. Issued by the QVI to your org.
    Normally already exists — check the "Issued to Your Organization" list below.
  3. Brand Credential — Self-issued by your organization. Links to the LE credential.
    Fill in brand name, country (GBR for UK), logo URL. Select your LE credential in the "le" edge slot.
  4. TN Allocation — Issued BY the OSP/number provider TO your organization.
    The OSP admin must log in as their org, then issue this credential with your org as recipient. Enter phone numbers in E.164 format (e.g. +441923311001).
  5. Delegated Signer (GCD) — Issued by your organization to a signing identity.
    Select your signing identity as the recipient. This authorizes it to sign VVP PASSporTs.

After all credentials are issued, go to Dossier Builder to assemble them into a dossier, then create TN Mappings to link phone numbers to the dossier.
